Private house owners

If a request for rent is made, you will be contacted and a viewing will be arranged. When the rent and the rental period is agreed, you are obliged to pay a fee of 4.16% of a year rent for the property.

Payments

Payments for the commission must be made within 14 days after the actual renting period has started.
